We are an independent service centre and vehicle electronic specialist located in Carterton Oxfordshire.
Diagnosis through to completing and programming including keys, without the need to go to a main dealer.
We carry out Servicing on any make of vehicle to manufacture standards and schedules. We are VAT registered so we can service all vehicles without affecting the manufactures warranty.
We have a large selection of main dealer diagnostics tools allowing us to carry out work to dealer level including coding, programming and any repairs.

Eylül Geldard1 StarI took my Ford Focus here after the nearside headlight stopped working. Prior to this, I had taken the car to Halfords thinking one of the bulbs had blown. The assistant at Halfords stated that the bulb had not blown but the problem was the bulb connector. OVE quoted me £144 to fix the problem. I felt this was very expensive so I asked was there anything to pay if I took the car elsewhere. The receptionist stated that I had to pay £60 for the fault diagnosis. I felt this was very unfair. I don’t believe a garage would of charged me this. I decided to let them proceed with the work. When I came to collect the vehicle I turned on the headlights and the nearside headlight didn’t work. After informing the receptionist they set about putting things right. They stated they had fixed the fault and the bulb had blown when I turned on the headlights. I told them that the blown bulb was a Halfords product, not a standard bulb. I purchased a pair of these bulbs from Halfords because they are a lot brighter than the standard bulbs. OVE stated that they are illegal. I don’t think Halfords would sell an illegal product. I asked OVE to fit the standard bulbs which they did but now I have to pay for another aftermarket bulb from Halfords. They were £50 a pair. On the invoice it stated

It appeared from reading the invoice that the original fault, the bulb connector had been fixed. It stated that a new bulb holder was required. I asked OVE if the bulb holder had been replaced. They stated that it had and showed me the old bulb holder. I’m not sure if what they showed me was a bulb holder or not, I’m not a mechanic and just took their word for it. If the bulb holder had been replaced, why was this not stated on the invoice.
I just found the whole experience confusing and felt that something did not add up. I found OVE came across as dishonest and their pricing far too expensive. I won’t be using them again.Friday 16th September 2022

REACT HUMANITARIAN NETWORK1 StarNot very honest. Garage was recommended by my local garage a few times. Each visit had it's own problems. Cunning, deceitful and experimental advice. Issues unresolved but money taken with complete disrespect for customer complaints. Spent nearly £2000 on car without any good returns. Interested in money and not customer satisfaction. Kutya 1011 StarThis garage charged an absolute fortune for a DPF filter change on my van which repeatedly came back with a fault despite the change. At the end I took it to an other garage to replace it again for half of the cost. Absolute rip off and dishonest. Avoid. The guy is liar. Definitely his previous customer. Van was returned to him many times and not fixed. Since DPF has really been changed by a different garage it works. Absolute disgrace.Saturday 2nd October 2021
